ORDERS
You can place orders through our website. We do not take orders over the phone at this time.
Ordering Basic
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within two business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after $ PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within two business days. Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information provided for credit verification.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to New York State. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
Email Related to Orders
We will communicate information about your order by email. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, this will include the UPS tracking number for your package.
SHIPPING
Shipping Basics
We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, this will include the UPS tracking number for your package.

These shipping costs apply to Continental US deliveries. For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, add $15 to these fees.
Checking order status
You will be contacted via email with your order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package at www.ups.com using the assigned tracking number.
International Shipping
At this time, velita.com does not ship outside of the United States. However, several international credit card companies do offer a forwarding service which will allow customers outside the United States to place orders with us. Please contact your credit card company for more information. Velta boutique is able to send international shipments. Please contact our boutique for assistance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return Policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted for a refund on merchandise within 21 days of your order receipt. All sale items are final sale, and can not be returned. We accept returns and exchanges on full price merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached. All merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be in its original, unused condition. Please note that we do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.
Returns Process
We try and make our return process convenient and easy. Included with each purchase is a pre-paid UPS return shipping label. Securely pack and seal your package and send it back to us using the pre-paid UPS shipping label. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Credit Card Refunds
Once we receive your package we will notify you via email at the address used at the time of the initial transaction. We will refund your original form of payment within five business days. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Velita.
